Equipment LN-160UVS/UVDis specifically designed to:
1) Coil springs in several types: barrel and cylindrical. Diameter
and pitch (height) of the springs can vary according to user's
needs.
2) Pocket the coiled springs so that they can be used as basic
elements for soft-furniture, such like mattress.
3) Provide pocketed innerspring strings. Those springs can be used to
compose mattress or spring unit.
4) Heat-treat the springs. To ensure the spring's hardness and
resistance against deformation, the spring wire has to be
heat-treated. The equipment equips fast and reliable heat-treatment
unit.
