PLC; and designed with body engineering; Mattress could be forwarded, turned corner and turn down
automatically. The fixedboard of sewing head could be lifted automatically also when the mattress is used on corner.
Working speed could be lower and came back withother working steps together the angel and height of sewing head could be
adjusted. Another characteristic is the sewing head’s needle spotfunction. Because the machine could be forward
automatically, so the machine could be either separate part of mattress production, or one partof complete
production line. The machine’s structure is simple, and workers could be trained to operate it within short time. It
save the workingintensity and update the working Efficiency.

This machine is mainly used for taping edge of mattress panel and
soft cushion. It bears the following features. Rather than moving
around, the head is fixed but can move up and down to adapt to
different height of mattress. The angle of the head is adjustable.
When working, the conveying belt drives the mattress to proceed.
When one side is finished, the machine can turn 90° atuomatically
to start taping the next side. The taping of the corner is finished
while turning. When the top four sides are completed, the machine
can turn the mattress over for taping the other four sides. the two
side of this machine both has turning support to alleviate the
impulsion when turning. This machine needs only one operator and
there is no need for him to move around or overturn the mattress
manually. Thus higher efficiency and less labor is realized.
